Payment

Obligatory deposit of € 100,00

At the time of booking must be paid a deposit of 30% of the entire stay:

- Number of credit card with expiration date

The rest (70%) will be paid on the day of arrival.

In case of cancellation the deposit will be refunded in the following ways:

- 100% within 21 days prior to arrival

Beyond this limit there will be no refund.

Please note that in case of "No Show", or late arrival or early departure. A penalty will be charged to customers, the remaining nights booked and confirmed by the Management.

Security

The transfer of the data contained on the card, the system using the standard protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Transactions made using this protocol ensure your security and your privacy.

Attention

In case of payment through credit card data entry relating thereto is required to confirm the booking, and authorizes the management of the Residence Ortensia to make debit transactions agreed as a deposit and booking confirmation.
